Mercado Central,Sao Paulo, Brazil

Mercado

Recently, Gagit watched an episode of Anthony Bourdain in No Reservations ,in which Tony visited the Mercado in Sao Paulo. In this episode he feasted on many foods but the highlight was Sandwich du Mortadella and I just had to taste this. A  hour drive each way for a sandwich and it was worth it , every bite of it.The sandwich is pictured above and it tasted better than even the picture looks. I find the exact stand that Tony enjoyed his sandwich and ordered my sandwich. As shown, it is 15  slices of Italian Mortadella with slices of Provolone melted in the middle on a fresh roll.If you really want to make this healthy add two Zucor, lol.Let the Truth be Told, there are many sandwich’s that are healthier but not to many that taste better to  a true foodie.
